Application Instructions

Step 1. Apply for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov or call to request a FAFSA form at 1-800-576-3111.

Step 2.Complete Application and Essay:

We are ready to take your application right now! There are two ways to apply:

  1. Online Submission (FREE) - The process is quick, easy! Just complete all requested information click and submit! A confirmation of your submission will appear–print this page (Thank you page) for your records.

  2. Paper Submission ($25) – Print the paper application , complete and return application and essay with the $25 non-refundable application fee to: Center for Urban Biblical Ministry, Admissions Office, 7418 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15208.

Step 3. Official High School or College Transcripts – Print form and complete your information then send along with fee to the appropriate institution’s address. You will need to contact your high school or previous college for their transcript fees and address. Geneva College will evaluate all credits from an accredited institution and/or approved Bible college programs. Request transcripts form

  • GED - Individuals who have passed the GED tests may fill out a GED transcript request form online, then mail in the form and $3.00 fee per transcript in the form of a money order. Click here for online request form.

Step 4. Pastoral letter of reference – Applicant's pastor needs to complete  the Pastoral Reference form online.

Direct your pastor to this website to click on the Pastor and Churches page for the form.

Step 5. Military Only – submit a copy of DD214 or DD-295 if applicable. Go to following website for forms.

Notification and Acceptance – Admission decisions made within two weeks of receiving the application and all supporting documentation. The candidate will be informed by letter regarding acceptance and receive a registration packet to complete and submit along with a $75 tuition deposit.
